Andrew King and Andrew Black, Harper Adams University, open with an overview of utilities and compulsory purchase, key infrastructure legislation, and a discussion on ethics in practice.

Mark Burton (CLA) and Mary Smith (New South Law) then present a case study on the GreenGen Cymru legal case, exploring its implications for compulsory purchase practice going forward.
